LCSA is an architectural practice formed through the collaboration of CH Chan Architect, Siew Studio Architect, and Bee Low Architect. Its foundation traces back to 2017, when CH Chan Architect first established the practice, later joined by its current partners. Since then, we have undertaken a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional developments.
Our approach is grounded in a thorough understanding of our clients’ needs and the unique physical context of each site, enabling us to deliver thoughtful and appropriate design solutions. We guide our clients through every stage of the process from concept design and statutory submissions to construction, while tailoring our services to suit each project’s specific requirements.
